Terms and Conditions

Clients are encouraged to come into counseling with an open heart and open mind, ready to engage in the work discussed during sessions. True growth and healing require commitment, willingness to explore new perspectives, and active participation in the counseling process.

All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without explicit consent, and all session recordings are deleted after 30 days.

The services provided by Molly the Medium are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.

Refunds for services already rendered are not provided.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.

Molly Goodwin Intuitive Counseling reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
